Wheels Up turned to rEvolution to craft their Wheels Down portfolio, developing elevated experiences for current and prospective members to connect with the brand across the calendar year. These events range from white-glove motorsports access at Le Mans to premium activations across Monterey’s most elite automotive events—but the largest undertaking is realizing the brand’s exclusive clubhouse experience at the Masters in Augusta.

These “Wheels Down” events leverage rEvolution’s diverse capabilities including account management, partnership and sponsorship consulting, strategy, creative, hospitality, and experiential realization.

rEvolution reimagined the Wheels Up Clubhouse—the brand’s premium activation space—pushing boundaries and elevating the experience to the next level at one of sports’ most exclusive weekends. rEvolution collaborated on the design and build of a refreshed oasis for members and prospects to enjoy throughout the weekend. High-profile talent created memorable moments through musical entertainment, panel conversations, and curated hospitality experiences. To further amplify the luxury experience, rEvolution leveraged its relationship with Automobili Lamborghini, delivering exclusive ground transportation for Wheels Up members.
