COMMUNICATION THROUGH SPORT.
JUDGMENT THROUGH PEOPLE.
At rEvolution, we use artificial intelligence as a tool to enhance human creativity, strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and client service. AI helps us move faster, explore ideas more broadly, analyze information more effectively, and support the development of thoughtful, high-quality work. Regardless of whether AI is used during the development process, rEvolution remains fully accountable for the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the work product and deliverables provided to our clients. AI serves as a tool to support our expertise and judgment, not to replace our professional responsibility to our client.
We believe AI should be used as a starting place, not a finisher. Human judgement, creativity, accountability, and review remain central to everything we deliver.
OUR APPROACH TO RESPONSIBLE AI
When we use AI in support of client work, we are guided by the following principles.
Human Oversite & Quality Review
AI-generated or AI-assisted work is reviewed, refined, and validated by rEvolution team members before it is shared with clients. We do not treat AI outputs as final without human evaluation – weighing factual accuracy, brand alignment, inclusivity, bias, client sensitivity, and reputational risk.
As part of this review, we consider factual accuracy, brand alignment, inclusivity, potential bias, client sensitivity, and reputational risk.
Client Review & Transparency
Clients retain the right to review and approve deliverables, regardless of whether AI was used. Upon reasonable request, rEvolution will share the general nature and extent of material AI usage related to the services we provide.
Confidentiality & Responsible Tool Use
We do not input Client confidential information into AI tools unless the tool has appropriate data protection measures and has been approved for that use, either by the client or through a mutually agreed list of approved systems. rEvolution uses AI tools in a way that is intended to comply with applicable laws, regulations, client agreements, and commercially reasonable practices.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
We take commercially reasonable steps to avoid knowingly infringing on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or usage rights when using AI tools. Ownership of final deliverables is governed by the applicable client agreement, subject to any third-party licensing or usage restrictions and any applicable laws or regulations.
OUR COMMITMENT
AI is one part of our creative and strategic process – not a replacement for the expertise of our people. We use it responsibly and thoughtfully to deliver smarter, more effective, more meaningful work, and continue evolving our practices as technology, regulation, and client expectations change.
We continue to evolve our AI practices through internal governance, training, and review as technology, regulations, client expectations, and industry standards change.
